Park Introduction

Yangtze River Delta Hi-Tech Park is situated on both the north and south side of Qingpu Middle Jiasong Road Station of Metro Line 17, from where only five stops to the Hongqiao Hub. The location of the park is in the Yangtze River Delta Integration Demonstration Zone. It will be created as a new generation of smart industrial city that integrates business and offices, R&D centers, commercial centers, staff apartments, and other amenities.
As a pioneering demonstration park for the Yangtze River Delta Investment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. to foster the industrial clusters in this area, the Yangtze River Delta Hi-Tech Park will inherit more than 30 years of hi-tech park operation and management experience from Shanghai Caohejing Hi-tech Park. The hi-tech park will play an important role as the core zone of Shanghai Western Software and Information Park, and actively undertake the innovation radiation and industrial chain extension of the Hongqiao International Hub Central Business District and Xicen Science and Technology Innovation Center.
